Rescue Officer Nalika is celebrating an incredible 30 years of working at RSPCA South Australia.

Here’s a message from Nalika to all of our kind supporters:

“I sometimes can’t believe that I have had the privilege of working for three decades to help some of South Australia’s most vulnerable animals. In my time, I have seen the worst but also the best.

My team and I have been called to attend to animals injured, abandoned and frightened. I have seen, and still see every day, animals in crisis that need my help – and yours.

Not everyone knows that the work my team and I do is entirely funded by donations. So the fact that we have animal ambulances, equipment and people ready to head out on the road each day to rescue animals, is thanks to the generosity of people like you. 

As someone on the frontline of rescue, please know that your donation, no matter the amount, WILL be put to good use and make a big difference for animals in crisis.”
